Looking for shoes for narrow feet?
Narrow feet? We’ve got you. At Bared, we make stylish shoes that are designed to be customised to fit you, including your narrower feet. Many of our closed-in styles, including our entire sneaker, loafer and boot range, feature a removable footbed and come with our complimentary flexible fitting system, the Fit Kit, allowing you to fine-tune the fit.
If you’re shopping for a style with a built-in footbed, like a sandal, slingback or heel, look for options with adjustable straps so you can create a more secure fit through the forefoot.
Fitting tricky feet is our speciality, and we're here to help.
How to get the perfect fit for narrow feet
Every foot is different. That’s why we created the Fit Kit, a customisable solution to help you reduce excess room and create a snugger fit for narrow feet.
If your shoes feel a little roomy, simply place the forefoot pads (included in the Fit Kit) under the footbed to fill out the space at the front of the shoe. This will help push your foot gently back into the heel and prevent slipping.
Developed by a qualified podiatrist to prioritise good foot health, the Fit Kit works in harmony with our support features to provide lasting comfort and stability.

Customise Your Fit With
The Fit Kit
This handy fitting tool allows you to tailor the fit of our shoes to your foot shape.
Included in each kit, you will find:
- 2 x Thin Footbeds
- 2 x Forefoot Pads
If you have narrow feet, our forefoot pads are life-changing. To use them, simply:
- Remove the standard footbeds
- Insert the forefoot padding at the front of the shoe, (smooth side face down).
- Put the standard footbeds back in and voila! Experience a snugger fit and reduced heel slip.

Tips for choosing shoes for narrow feet
When it comes to narrow feet, styles that hold you in are key. Look for shoes with secure fastenings like laces, velcro or buckles that can be tightened across the forefoot. Soft, mouldable materials like leather or suede will also help shape the shoe to your foot over time.
For built-in footbed styles like heels or sandals, adjustable straps will help create a better fit across the front of your foot. If they're still feeling a little roomy, try adding our magic gel inserts to help minimise space in the shoe and push your foot back into the heel.
